
Project description
The goal of the project is to strengthen the well-being of Omnia's employees and the functioning of work communities. The functionality and well-being of work communities are built by increasing sense of community and developing work community skills - this also contributes to the acceptance of diversity and enables better leading. During the project a digital platform will be build to help developing work community skills. As a result work communities will make their own work well-being plans.
