Student healthcare for students in basic education for adults

Service
Student health care services maintain and support your physical, psychological and social wellbeing.

You can contact the school nurse whenever you need information about health or health services. The nurse will help if factors affecting your ability to study appear in your health, such as fatigue, low mood, or severe stress.

You can always turn to a school nurse in the following matters:

  • health or studies
  • wellbeing of the mind
  • sexual health
  • contraception.

The school nurse also provides support for daily life as well as healthy lifestyles. The services are free of charge. The student must have the right to study support granted by Kela (kela.fi).
