Electronic Student Affairs Office
In Omnia, there is an electronic student service office available, through which you can conveniently order study-related certificates without having to wait in line.

Our customer service is open throughout the summer. During 15 and 26 July we serve our customers only by e-mail espoon.tyovaenopisto@omnia.fi.

Invoicing
In invoicing matters, you can contact the telephone service on +358 20 692 333. Open Mon–Thu 13:00–15:00, closed on Fridays. The call charges consist of a local network charge or a local call charge, the call and the queueing time.
Exceptions: Between 15 July and 26 July 2024, the invoicing phone service is closed.
